【お客様へのお願い】
待合スペースがありませんので、ご予約時間より10分以上前のご来店はお控えください。また、ご予約に遅れる場合は必ずご連絡ください。15分以上遅れる場合はその後の予約状況により時間短縮やキャンセルとさせていただく場合があります。全メニューの施術時間はお着替え込みの時間となっております。
【ペア予約について】
当店では、2名同時のご予約も承っておりますが、他の予約の都合上当日は予約をお受けすることが難しい場合もありますので、前日までにご連絡いただけますと確実です。
【Arrival & Appointment Time】
Please note that we do not have a waiting area. We kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation of the appointment, depending on our reservation schedule.
Please note that the duration of all treatments includes time for changing clothes before and after your session.
【Reservations for Two Guests】
We welcome reservations for two guests at the same time. However, due to scheduling limitations, same-day requests for paired appointments may not always be available.
To ensure availability, we recommend contacting us by the day before your desired appointment date.
