利用規約

観光客によるノーショー、ドタキャンが年に数回あり大変迷惑しています。
そのため、このサイトからご予約したことがる方以外のご予約は、オンライン決済を採用しています。

このサイトでの予約にはカタカナでの氏名入力という訳の分からない入力方法が採用されています。
外国からのお客様はお手数ですが、宿泊先のスタッフに指名を入力してもらってご予約下さい。

テーブルごとに定員があります（お座敷→6名、ソファ→各4名、テーブル→２名、カウンター→各２名）。
ご利用人数がテーブルの店員を超える場合は、お手数おかけしますが複数テーブルご予約下さい。
例　10名様→お座敷＋ソファ席

＊ご予約の締め切りは下記の通りです。
　・初めての方　当日１７時３０分→即時予約
　・リピーター　当日１７時３０分→仮予約（席が確保出来次第確定メールを送ります。ご来店時の提示が必要です。）

＊ネット上でキャンセルが可能です。（変更は予約の取り直しが必要です。ネット上でキャンセルした後、再度ご予約下さい。）
＊上記いずれのキャンセル（自己都合）によるキャンセルは、キャンセル無料時間を過ぎると料金がかかります。

電話でのお問い合わせは17時50分から閉店までです（電話予約は承っていません）。
ワンオペの店です。忙しい時は出られませんので予めご了承願います。
質問等ある場合はメールにて事前にお問い合わせください。

当店には駐車場はありません。また送迎も行っておりません。交通手段の確認、タクシーや代行は来店前にお済ませ下さい。。
（店舗までの移動手段がない場合は他の店を探して下さい。予約後、移動手段がなくキャンセルする場合も所定のキャンセル料を頂きます）

このサイトからの予約特典（割引）はテーブルオーダーからのみ有効です。
サービスという項目の一番下にある「Air Reserve予約者限定メニュー」「ネット予約限定特典」を選択して下さい。

We are greatly inconvenienced by no-shows and last-minute cancellations by tourists several times a year.

Therefore, we require online payment for all reservations except those made through this site before.

This site uses a confusing input method requiring names to be entered in katakana.

Foreign guests are kindly requested to have their hotel staff enter their names when making a reservation.

Each table has a capacity limit (tatami room: 6 people, sofa: 4 people each, table: 2 people, counter: 2 people each).

If your group exceeds the table's capacity, please make multiple reservations.

Example: 10 people → tatami room + sofa seating

*Reservation deadlines are as follows:

- First-time customers: 5:30 PM on the day → instant reservation

- Repeat customers: 5:30 PM on the day → provisional reservation (a confirmation email will be sent once seats are secured. This must be presented upon arrival.)

*Cancellations can be made online. (Changes require rebooking. Please cancel online and then make a new reservation.)
*For any of the above cancellations (for personal reasons), a fee will be charged after the free cancellation period.

Telephone inquiries are accepted from 5:50 PM until closing (we do not accept telephone reservations).

This is a one-person operation. Please understand that we may not be able to answer the phone when we are busy.

If you have any questions, please contact us by email in advance.

We do not have a parking lot. We also do not offer pick-up and drop-off services. Please confirm your transportation options, such as taxis or designated drivers, before coming to the restaurant.

(If you do not have transportation to the restaurant, please find another restaurant. If you cancel after making a reservation because you do not have transportation, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged.)

Reservation benefits (discounts) from this site are only valid for table orders.
