利用規約

観光客によるノーショー、ドタキャンが年に数回あり大変迷惑しています。
そのため、このサイトからご予約したことがる方以外のご予約は、オンライン決済のみです。

このサイトでの予約にはカタカナでの氏名入力という意味の分からない入力方法が採用されています。
外国からのお客様はお手数ですが、宿泊先のスタッフに指名を入力してもらうなどしてご予約下さい。

テーブルごとに定員があります（お座敷→6名、ソファ→各4名、テーブル→２名、カウンター→各２名）。
ご利用人数がテーブルの店員を超える場合は、お手数おかけしますが複数テーブルご予約下さい。
お座敷・カウンター以外の席は移動可能ですので、並んで着席が可能です。
例　10名様→お座敷＋ソファ席

＊ご予約の締め切りは下記の通りです。
　・初めての方　ご利用当日１７時まで→即時予約
　・リピーター　ご利用当日１７時まで→仮予約（席が確保出来次第確定メールを送ります。ご来店時メールの提示が必要です。）

＊ネット上でキャンセルが可能です。（変更は予約の取り直しが必要です。ネット上でキャンセルした後、再度ご予約下さい。）
＊上記いずれのキャンセル（自己都合）によるキャンセルは、キャンセル無料時間を過ぎると料金がかかります。

電話でのお問い合わせは17時50分から閉店までです（電話予約は承っていません）が、忙しい時は電話に出れません。
質問等ある場合はメールにて事前にお問い合わせください。

当店には駐車場はありません。また送迎も行っておりません。交通手段の確認、タクシーや代行は来店前にお済ませ下さい。。
（店舗までの移動手段がない場合は他の店を探して下さい。移動手段がなくキャンセルする場合も所定のキャンセル料を頂きます）

We have been greatly inconvenienced by tourists failing to show up or cancelling at the last minute.
Consequently, reservations from anyone who has not previously booked through this site require online payment.

The reservation system on this site requires names to be entered in *Katakana* (Japanese phonetic script).
We apologize for the inconvenience to international guests; please ask your accommodation staff to assist you in entering your name when making a reservation.

Each table has a specific seating capacity (Tatami room: 6 people; Sofa: 4 people each; Standard table: 2 people; Counter: 2 people each).
If your party exceeds the capacity of a single table, please book multiple tables.
Seating other than the Tatami room and counter can be moved to allow for side-by-side seating.
Example: For a party of 10 → Tatami room + Sofa seating.

*Reservation deadlines are as follows:
・First-time guests: Until 5:00 PM on the day of the visit → Immediate confirmation.
・Returning guests: Until 5:00 PM on the day of the visit → Provisional reservation (A confirmation email will be sent once seats are secured; please present this email upon arrival).

*Cancellations can be made online. (To change a reservation, you must cancel the existing one online and make a new booking.)
*Cancellations made for personal reasons will incur a fee if the free cancellation period has passed.

Phone inquiries are accepted from 5:50 PM until closing (we do not accept reservations by phone), though we may be unable to answer during busy times.
If you have any questions, please contact us via email in advance.

We do not have a parking lot, nor do we provide transportation services. Please arrange your transportation—such as taxis or designated driving services—before arriving at the shop.
(If you have no means of getting to the shop, please consider other venues. Cancellations due to a lack of transportation will still incur the standard cancellation fee.)
