利用規約

観光客（国内外問わず）によるノーショー、ドタキャンがあり大変迷惑しています。
そのため、このサイトからご予約したことがる方以外のご予約は、オンライン決済を採用しています。

テーブルごとに定員があります（お座敷→6名、ソファ→各4名、テーブル→２名、カウンター→各２名）。
ご利用人数がテーブルの店員を超える場合は、お手数おかけしますが複数テーブルご予約下さい。

＊ご予約の締め切りは下記の通りです。
　・初めての方　当日１７時３０分→即時予約
　・リピーター　当日１７時５５分→仮予約（席が確保出来次第確定メールを送ります。ご来店時の提示が必要です。）

＊ネット上でキャンセルが可能です。（変更は予約の取り直しが必要です。ネット上でキャンセルした後、再度ご予約下さい。）
＊電話でのキャンセルは、キャンセルポリシー内に記載のキャンセル専用電話にかけて、留守電に名前・予約日・キャンセル理由を録音して下さい。
＊上記いずれのキャンセルもキャンセル無料時間を過ぎると料金がかかります。（詳細はキャンセルポリシーをご覧下さい。）

電話でのお問い合わせは17時50分から閉店までです（電話予約は承っていません）。
ワンオペの店です。忙しい時は出られませんので予めご了承願います。
質問等ある場合はメールにて事前にお問い合わせください。

当店には駐車場はありません。また送迎も行っておりません。交通手段の確認、タクシーや代行は来店前にお済ませ下さい。。
（店舗までの移動手段がない場合は他の店を探して下さい。予約後、移動手段がなくキャンセルする場合も所定のキャンセル料を頂きます）

このサイトからの予約特典（割引）はテーブルオーダーからのみ有効です。
サービスという項目の一番下にある「Air Reserve予約者限定メニュー」「ネット予約限定特典」を選択して下さい。

We are experiencing significant inconvenience due to no-shows and last-minute cancellations by tourists (both domestic and international).
Therefore, we require online payment for all reservations except for those who have previously booked through this website.

Each table has a capacity limit (Tatami room: 6 people, Sofa: 4 people each, Table: 2 people, Counter: 2 people each).
If the number of people in your party exceeds the capacity of a single table, please book multiple tables.

*Reservation deadlines are as follows:
・First-time customers: 5:30 PM on the day of reservation → Instant booking
・Repeat customers: 5:55 PM on the day of reservation → Provisional booking (We will send a confirmation email as soon as a seat is secured. You will need to show this email upon arrival.)

*Cancellations can be made online. (Changes require rebooking. Please cancel online first and then make a new reservation.)
*To cancel by phone, please call the dedicated cancellation number listed in the cancellation policy and leave a message with your name, reservation date, and reason for cancellation on the voicemail.
*For all cancellations, a fee will be charged if the cancellation free period has passed. (Please see the cancellation policy for details.)

Telephone inquiries are accepted from 5:50 PM until closing time (we do not accept telephone reservations).
This is a one-person operation. Please understand that we may not be able to answer the phone during busy times.
If you have any questions, please contact us by email in advance.

We do not have a parking lot. We also do not provide transportation services. Please confirm your transportation options, including taxis and designated drivers, before arriving.
(If you do not have a way to get to the restaurant, please find another restaurant. If you cancel after booking due to lack of transportation, you will still be charged the prescribed cancellation fee.)

Reservation benefits (discounts) from this website are only valid for table orders.
