ご予約いただいた施術時間の
24時間以内のキャンセルに関しましては
100％のキャンセル料をご負担いただきます。
お振込先はキャンセル時にお知らせいたします。

尚、地震等の自然災害が起きた場合や
ご近親者様のご不幸があった場合は、
この限りではございません。

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved treatment time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. Payment details will be provided at the time of cancellation.
Please note that this policy does not apply in the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes or in the case of a bereavement of a close relative.
