【umitohontoから皆さまへのお願い】
皆さまに穏やかな時間を過ごしていただけるよう、心を込めて丁寧にお迎えいたします。
夫婦ふたりで営む小さなギャラリーのため、行き届かない点もあるかもしれませんが、温かく見守っていただけましたら幸いです。

難しいお願いはございませんが、皆さまに心地よくお過ごしいただけるよう、いくつかご協力いただきたいことがございます。
ご予約をもって、下記の内容にご同意いただいたものとさせていただきます。

■会話について
穏やかな談笑は、素敵な時間に欠かせないものです。
どうぞ和やかにお過ごしください。ただし、大きな声での会話はご遠慮ください。
他のお客さまも心地よく過ごせるよう、ご配慮をお願いいたします。

■写真撮影について
店内での写真撮影は可能ですが、他のお客さまが写り込まないよう、お手元のみの撮影に限らせていただきます。
他の方のご迷惑となるような撮影はご遠慮ください。

■小さなお客さまについて
ご家族の方にも本や自然を静かに楽しんでいただきたく、予約制の通常営業では未就学児のお客さまのご来店をご遠慮いただいております。
私たちの想いはInstagramでも綴っておりますので、ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

■家具と本について
店内には、長い時間を経てこの場所にたどり着いた、繊細な家具や本があります。
次の方へ温もりが伝わるよう、やさしく触れていただけたら嬉しいです。
本の貸し出しは行っておりません。店外への持ち出しもご遠慮ください。

■SNS・メディアへの投稿について
営利目的でのSNS投稿や、許可なく各種メディアや口コミサイト等へ店舗詳細を掲載することはご遠慮ください。
WEBサイト/Instagramにて、当店が発信している情報が公式情報です。
（個人のSNSでのご紹介は大歓迎いたします。）

■お車でお越しの方へ
駐車場は指定の場所をご利用ください。台数に限りがございますので、できるだけ乗り合わせでのご来店をお願いいたします。
周辺は住宅地ですので、徐行・安全運転のご協力もお願いいたします。

■ご予約について
キャンセルは、ご来店前日の正午(12時)までに、予約フォームよりお手続きいただけます。詳細はキャンセルポリシーをご確認ください。
ご来店が遅れた場合でも、時間の延長はいたしかねます。
限られたお時間となりますが、その中でゆっくりとお楽しみいただけましたら幸いです。

We warmly welcome you so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time.
As a small gallery run by a husband and wife, there may be things we miss—but we’d be grateful for your kind understanding.

There are no strict rules, but to ensure a comfortable visit for all, we kindly ask for your cooperation on the following.
By making a reservation, we consider these guidelines accepted.

■ Conversation
Soft, friendly chats are always welcome.
Please enjoy your time calmly, and avoid raising your voice so others may also feel at ease.

■ Photography
Photos are welcome, but please limit them to your own table or hands.
Be careful not to include other guests or cause disruption.

■ Young Children
To maintain a quiet atmosphere, we do not accept preschool-aged children during regular reservation hours.
We’ve shared our thoughts on Instagram and hope for your understanding.

■ Furniture and Books
Please handle the books and furniture gently—they have aged gracefully to reach this space.
Items may not be taken outside or borrowed.

■ Social Media & Media Use
Please do not post for commercial purposes or upload to media/review sites without permission.
Personal social media posts are warmly welcomed.

■ If Arriving by Car
Please use the designated parking. Space is limited, so carpooling is appreciated.
The area is residential—please drive slowly and safely.

■ Reservations & Late Arrivals
To cancel, please use the reservation form by 12:00 noon the day before.
After that, contact us via Instagram DM or email: hello@umitohonto.com
Late arrivals will not extend your session time—we appreciate your understanding.
