【2021-22年冬季営業のご案内】 12月1日〜3月31日

ディナー17:30〜22:00 (LO 20:00)
定休日：毎週の月曜日（12月27日〜1月10日不定休）

-「ご予約はご希望日の前日までにお願いいたします。９０日前から前日までのご予約を承っております。当日のご予約はお手数ですが店舗までご連絡をいただきますようお願いいたします。お電話でのご予約 0136-22-3388
-10名以上の団体のお客様は、直接店舗までご連絡をいただきますようお願いいたします。info@robata-naniwatei.com
-予約の際にコースをお決めください。各品、時間を逆算して仕込みを行い、最高の状態でお召し上がりいただきたいためのご案内となっております。
-ご予約の祭は、ご連絡のとれる携帯番号、Eメールアドレスをお知らせください。
前日までのご予約で無料送迎可能です。無料送迎の必要な場合は、要望欄にその旨ご記入ください。（送迎車の数に限りがある為、ご要望に添えない場合がございます。）
-食材アレルギー等がありましたら事前にお知らせください。
-カウンター席、テーブル席のリクエストをお受けしていますが、当日の予約状況によりご希望に添えないことがございますので、予めご了承ください。
-予約の再確認を、予約前日の午後５時までにお願いしています。Eメールで再確認のお願いをご連絡しておりますので、予約内容をご確認ください。万が一、予約確認の連絡が取れず、電話で連絡も取れない場合はキャンセルと見なす場合がございますので、ご注意ください。
-食材の仕入れ状況でメニューが一部変更となる場合がございますので、ご了承ください。
-ご予約の際クレジットカードの入力は不要です。
-現地決済となりますので、現金、クレジットカード、電子マネー、Alipay、Paypay等
ご利用いただけます。
-キャンセル規定　3日前から前日までのご連絡で50%、当日のご連絡で100%、ご連絡が無くキャンセルとなった場合も100%のキャンセル料金を申し受けます。このポリシーは、1予約でのゲスト数の削減にも適用されます
-食物アレルギーや食事制限がある場合は事前にお知らせください。 恐れ入りますが、当店でははグルテンアレルギーに対応することはできません。 我々は収容するために全力を尽くす。
-2時間の座席時間制限とさせて頂きます。

Regular store holiday: Every Monday (No store holiday from 27nd of December to 10th of January)

-You may make a reservation through our online booking system 90days prior to the booking date. Please contact the store directly via phone or e-mail for reservations beyond 90days from the date of booking. Entry of credit card details is not required.
-For same day bookings, please kindly contact us at 0136-22-3388

-Booking will not be accepted unless contact details such as E-mail address and telephone number, whilst you are staying in Niseko, are provided.

-Free pick-up service is available with notice at least one day prior to the reservation date and is subject to availability.
-To book a table for over 10 pax, please send an email to info@robata-naniwatei.com

-Please note that guests are required to vacate their seats after 2 hours.
-Accepted payment methods at the restaurant: credit card, cash, Paypay, Alipay and electronic money.
-Please your desired meal course from the choices.
-Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
-Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate gluten allergies and/ vegan.
