・ライブ時会場内での撮影・録音はすべて禁止とさせていただきます。

キャンセルポリシー	いつも「南印度料理巡るインド」をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。当店では以下のキャンセルポリシーを設けております。必ずご確認の上、ご予約をお願いいたします。 The English version is available below. 1.キャンセル料金についてご予約日前日のキャンセル、人数減少：お一人様 1,000円当日のキャンセル、人数減少：お一人様 1,900円無断キャンセル：お一人様 1,900円 2.お支払い方法キャンセル料のお支払いは、以下のいずれかでお願いいたします。・店頭でのお支払い・銀行振込（※振込手数料はお客様のご負担となります） 3.お弁当への変更ができますご都合により店内でのお食事が難しい場合は、テイクアウトに変更いただくことも可能です。（※容器代として＋100円を頂戴しております）ご希望の際はお気軽にご相談ください。 4.イベントのキャンセルについてイベントごとにキャンセルポリシーが異なります。各イベントのご案内に記載しておりますので、内容をご確認のうえお申し込みください。 5.キャンセル料のお願い当店は田舎に位置し、席数も限られた小さなお店です。また、一人で営業しているため、キャンセルが発生すると仕込みや準備が無駄になってしまいます。さらに、予約の再募集や調整には時間と手間がかかるため、たとえキャンセル後に他のお客様で満席となった場合でも、キャンセル料がかかります。 6.キャンセル待ちについてキャンセル待ちは、キャンセルが出た場合にのみ、当店よりお電話(050-3479-3339)にてご連絡させていただきます。ご連絡がない場合はキャンセルが発生しなかったことを意味しますので、ご来店の必要はございません。 Cancellation Policy (English) Thank you very much for choosing Minami Indo Ryori Meguru Indo. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review and understand our cancellation policy as outlined below. 1. Cancellation Fees Cancellations made one day before the reservation: ¥1,000 per person Same-day cancellations or reduction in number of guests (including changes): ¥1,900 per person No-shows: ¥1,900 per person Please note: The above fees apply even if you contact us in advance. Changes in the number of guests are also subject to cancellation fees. 2.Payment Methods Cancellation fees can be paid via: ・In-person payment at the restaurant ・Bank transfer (Please note that transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.) 3.Option to Switch to Takeout If dining in becomes difficult, you may switch your meal to takeout instead. (An additional ¥100 will be charged for packaging.) Please feel free to contact us in advance if you wish to change to takeout. 4.Event Reservations Each event may have a different cancellation policy. Please refer to the specific event information before making your reservation. 5.Why We Ask for Cancellation Fees Our restaurant is located in the countryside, with a limited number of seats. As we operate with a single staff member, last-minute cancellations result in wasted preparation and ingredients. In addition, re-opening a canceled slot takes time and effort. For these reasons, cancellation fees will still apply even if we are able to seat other guests after your cancellation. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 6.Regarding Waitlist If you request to be placed on the waitlist, we will contact you by phone only if a cancellation occurs. If you do not receive a call from us, it means that no cancellation has occurred, and there is no need to come to the restaurant.
