利用規約

必ず下記のご利用規約をご確認ください。仮予約希望を頂いた時点で、全て同意頂けたものとみなします。

1．妊娠している方はご利用頂けません。着用時・着用後に母子へ何かあった場合にも当店は一切の責任を負いかねます。
2．必ず予約の「開始時間」にお越しください。本予約システム上では20分単位で記載されてしまいますが、開始時間のみご参照ください。
3．レンタル商品はお約束した返却時間までにご返却ください。返却時間までにご返却頂けなかった場合は、延長料金（2,000円＋15分ごとに1,000円追加）をご請求いたします。また、事前にお約束した翌日返却を除き、日を跨いでのご返却は延滞料金2,000円/日をご請求します。
4．規定以上の破損や汚れは、別途クリーニング代や弁償代（スタンダード8,000円、プレミアム20,000円）を請求いたします。
5．お客様のお荷物を一時保管いたしますが、当店では責任を負いかねます。貴重品や壊れやすいものはご自身で管理してください。
6．店内でのメイク・飲食はお断りしております。
7．店内での撮影は「他のお客様のご迷惑にならない範囲」でお願いします。撮影が主目的の場合は、必ず事前にお問合せください。
8．ご質問のある方、4名様以上のご予約は、メール・Instagram・Facebookで事前にお問合せください。また8名様以上のご予約は団体プランとして別途ご案内します。
9．サイズが心配な方は事前にお問合せください。当店ではHPの着物カタログに全着物デザインを掲載しております。大きいサイズには限りがありますが、好みのものがなかったなどによる当日キャンセルはキャンセル料が発生いたします。

【Terms and Conditions】
By making a tentative reservation, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions.

1．Pregnant women are not allowed to use this service. We will not be responsible for any damage during or after wearing.
2. Please be sure to arrive at the “start time” of your appointment. Please note that the reservation system will list the time in 20-minute increments, but please refer to the start time only.
3. Please return the rental items by the agreed return time. If you fail to return the rental items by the agreed return time, you will be charged an extension fee (2,000 yen plus an additional 1,000 yen for every 15 minutes). In addition, an overdue fee of 2,000 yen per day will be charged for any items returned over a longer period of time, except for items that are returned the following day as agreed upon in advance.
4. For any damage or stains, a separate cleaning or reimbursement fee (Standard 8,000 yen, Premium 20,000 yen) will be charged.
5. We will temporarily store your belongings, but we are not responsible for them. Please take care of your valuables and fragile items by yourself.
6. Make-up, eating and drinking are not permitted in the store.
7. Taking pictures in the shop is allowed as long as it does not disturb other customers. If your main purpose is to take pictures, please be sure to inquire in advance.
8. If you would like to make a reservation for more than 4 people, please contact us in advance via email, Instagram, or Facebook. Reservations for 8 or more people will be offered separately as a group plan.
9. If you are worried about your size, please inquire in advance. There are all kimono designs in the catalog on our website. A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel on the day of your reservation due to not finding something you like.
