FIVE.S店舗 レンタルアイテム利用規約

免責事項：
FIVE.S店舗では、お客様が安全に注意を払わず、またはスキー場の一般的なルールに違反することにより発生した事故については、一切の責任を負いかねます。また、そのような事故によりFIVE.S店舗に損害または賠償費用が発生した場合、事故を引き起こしたお客様に対して損害または費用を請求することがあります。

年齢制限：
12歳以下のお客様は、保護者の身分証明書の提示が必要です。

安全への配慮：
スノースポーツには様々な固有のリスクが存在し、特に速度を伴う場合、各個人が自己の事故防止と他のスキー場利用者の安全を確保するための責任ある行動が求められます。レンタル機材を使用する際は、常に怪我や事故のリスクが伴うことを理解し、安全に配慮してご使用ください。

機材の確認と責任：
申込書にご記入いただき、使用料をお支払い後、機材を受け取った時点で、お客様自身で機材が正常であることを確認していただきます。機材の受け取り後、返却までの間、機材に関する一切の責任はお客様にあります。


FIVE.S Rental Station Terms and Conditions

1. Disclaimer of Liability:
At FIVE.S, we are not liable for any accidents that occur as a result of the customer's failure to ensure safety or through actions that violate the general rules of the ski resort. Furthermore, if FIVE.S incurs any damage or compensation costs due to such accidents, we will seek reimbursement from the customer responsible for the incident.

2. Age Requirement:
Customers aged 12 and under must provide proof of their guardian's identity when renting equipment.

3. Risk Acknowledgment and Safety Obligation:
Snow sports carry various inherent risks, especially related to speed. Customers are required to act responsibly to ensure not only their own safety but also the safety of others around them. By using our rental equipment, customers acknowledge the risks of injury and accidents. Customers agree to use the equipment with caution and safety in mind.

4. Equipment Responsibility:
Upon completing the application form, paying the rental fee, and receiving the equipment, customers must verify that the equipment is in proper working condition. From the moment the equipment is received until it is returned, the customer assumes full responsibility for the equipment.

5. Acceptance of Terms:
By renting equipment from FIVE.S, customers agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in financial liability and restrictions on future use of our services.
